The North Carolina New Realities Program provides select arts organizations in North Carolina with short and long-term organizational assistance for arts leadership interested in addressing the challenges of a fast-changing environment for the arts. For more than thirty years the program has become nationally known in State Arts Agency circles for innovative approaches to organizational development.
