Consortium Programs
ARTS Action Research developed and successfully implemented our first organizational development consortium programs more than twenty-five years ago. The consortium format is a time and cost-effective means of providing organizational planning and development assistance to a number of arts organizations within a community or region over a sustained period of time. Consortium programs involve intense one-on-one individually tailored consulting sessions with participant organizations often coupled with opportunities for exchange of information, lateral learning among colleagues and community building in a coordinated and facilitated process.
